Return Policy
We will accept our products back if they have been unused, unwashed, unworn, not mishandled, etc, and shipped back in their original contents within 21 days of the shipment date from our store. We do not accept returns or exchanges for clearance items as they are sold as is. They are described in the product description as closely as possible for why they may be on clearance (misprint, discontinued design, etc).
When returning the package please include the reason for your return and legibly print your email address in case we need to contact you. When a return is initiated, it is advised that you purchase a delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for items that we don't receive by errors made by either the shipping carrier or the customer. Also note on the order sheet that you want a return or exchange so we can process your order as quickly as possibly. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Cancelled Orders, Unclaimed Orders, Refused Orders, & Other Events:
There is a $2.00us service charge per transaction for any cancelled order that has been processed through our payment center to cover the cost of processing your credit card information. Once the item is in another category in our order status other than new, it is considered being processed.
Please note: If your item has started processing, you may not be able to cancel your order as it may have been shipped already. In this case, we will treat the item as a return and all fees that are associated with returns / exchanges will apply. From time to time, we receive orders that are left unclaimed or refused from the address that it was shipped. These items will be treated as a return and incur all fees associated with a return / exchanged item. The delivery times posted for items are only expectation of when the order may arrive. Sometimes it will be shorter other times it will be longer.
100% Free Of Defects:
We guarantee that all our products will be 100% free from defects. If not, you may return your order in its original condition (unworn and unwashed in it's original package) within 21 days of receipt for a hassle free credit or replacement of equal value or a refund. If our products are fine in quality but you do not like your order, simply email us, we will replace order with a product of equal value. A shipping fee will be charged for orders that were shipped and returned.
Note: We will not accept returns on customized shirts, as these shirts are uniquely designed, printed and made for you. At hurstprinting.com, we have designers on staff to insure every product is of superior quality.
