Yes. All Hurst Printing packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped.
I haven't received my order yet!We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, contact customer service. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.
Why did I get charged tax?We charge sales tax in some states. It's the law! But look on the bright side: your tax dollars pay for streets, schools, libraries, and other great public services. Take pride in your sales tax!
Is ordering from you on the Internet safe & secure?We use a reputable host, to host our web site for maximum Security and a quality merchant account to protect your privacy. Our merchant bank handles all credit card transaction.
We DO NOT store credit card information on our host servers.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product returned, minus shipping. You may return your order in its original condition (unworn and unwashed in it's original package). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Be sure to specify the reason for the return.
How will I know when my order ships?When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. We include the tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
This is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs?The packing slip does not include any pricing information. The e-mail notifications, however, do reference pricing so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the recipient's e-mail address.
Do you accept PayPal?No, we do not accept Pay Pal at this time.
